Privacy Policy

ScoreZone (zeanball.online) provides football results information and a prediction game using virtual points. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• General visitors: You can view football results without logging in. Our hosting provider's servers may record standard visit data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and to fix system problems.
• Users who log in to make predictions: When you Login with a Google account, we receive from Google only your e-mail address and your Google user ID. We do not receive your password, and we do not access other e-mail or files in your account.
• Data you create yourself: Your tipster name, avatar image (if uploaded), your predictions, and the points calculated from those predictions.
• Data on your device: Your favorites (stars) are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our server.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie for logged-in users, to remember that you are signed in (valid for up to 60 days, or until you log out). We use Google Analytics to count visitors and improve the site, and it loads only if you accept in the banner. If you decline, we do not set any Google Analytics cookies (your choice is remembered in your browser and can be removed by clearing the site's data). We currently do not use cookies for advertising. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy and notify you beforehand.

How We Use Data

• To verify identity and prevent multiple accounts (1 account per tipster name)
• To limit predictions to 1 per day, calculate points, and display the tipster leaderboard and tipster profiles
• To prevent misuse and fix system problems

Publicly Displayed Data

Your tipster name, avatar image, points and the teams you predicted (after the match kicks off) are shown on the tipster leaderboard and profile pages, which anyone can view. Your e-mail address is not displayed publicly. Please do not use a tipster name or image that reveals personal information about yourself or others.

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Used for logging in, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: Loads fonts from Google's servers, which may receive visitors' IP addresses.
• API-Football: Our source of football results data. Our server fetches the data, and no visitor data is sent to it.
• Hosting provider: Stores the site's files and database on servers maintained by the provider.

Retention and Security

We keep account data and predictions for as long as your account exists, and we use appropriate measures to protect data, including HTTPS connections, but no system is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account, tipster name, avatar image and all of your predictions by e-mailing whitewinters189@gmail.com from the e-mail address you use to log in. We will process your request within a reasonable time. You can also change or remove your avatar image yourself on your profile page.

Children and Minors

The prediction game is an entertainment activity that does not involve real money. However, we do not design the service for young children. If a parent or guardian finds that their child has given us information, please contact us to request deletion.
